Five Golden Stage Crosses for the Creators of LDNT's "Quanta" and "Stand-up for Meaning and Meaninglessness"

Lithuanian National Drama Theatre performances have won as many as five Golden Stage Crosses this year! Łukasz Twarkowski was awarded for the direction of Quanta, Fabien Lédé for its set design, and Eugenijus Sabaliauskas, the lighting designer of this production, also won an award. "Quanta" was produced in collaboration with the Onassis Stegi Arts Centre in Athens (Greece), the De Singel Theatre in Antwerp (Belgium), the National Theatre in Brno (Czech Republic), the Boska Komedia International Theatre Festival in Krakow, and the Adam Mickiewicz Institute in Warsaw (Poland).

The best actress in a female role was awarded to Vitalija Mockevičiūtė, the actress of "Stand-up for Meaning and Meaninglessness", and the award in the drama category went to the author of the play "Stand-up for Meaning and Meaninglessness" Birutė Kapustinskaitė.
